Viktor has been a Project Manager since October 2016, joining TGA in September 2022. He helps customers shape business requirements into a clear, well-groomed backlog, and keeps communication between clients and the development team running smoothly. Over time he's grown into more of a technical PM role, building a solid technical grounding that lets him work closely with developers as a peer. His main goal is simple: bring out the best in each member of the team to build something great together. Outside of work, Viktor's a keen American Football and Baseball fan. He also plays bass guitar, and was once in a band that released two albums.
