Igor has 16 years in QA, all of them with TGA and the team behind it. He's highly skilled across both manual and automated testing, with deep experience building QA processes from the ground up and coaching junior QAs. He's currently working on AI-driven testing approaches, keeping test coverage accurate and reliable as the tools themselves evolve. Outside of work, Igor's hands-on in a lot of ways, from keeping chickens and guinea fowl to welding, electrics, roofing, and building his own solar setup. He's also handy with a 3D printer, useful for everything from custom enclosures to replacement dog toys.
